Jacqueline advises recording and performing artists, songwriters, producers, record labels, filmmakers, executives and entrepreneurs in all aspects of the entertainment industry. Before joining Oliver & Sabec P.C. as a founding partner, she handled complex negotiations and drafting at the prominent entertainment firm King, Holmes, Paterno & Berliner, LLP in Century City. Her experience includes handling the business affairs and personal management of four Grammy Award winning recording artists, executive producing rock 'n' roll documentaries and albums, and studying and performing as a professional, classically trained musician.


Jacqueline is a matrilineal descendent of the Muscogee Nation and passionate about leaving the world a little better than we found it. In addition to her entertainment practice, she has an expertise in non profit and social entrepreneurship law which she uses to advise visionaries doing extraordinary work in the world. She is happily involved in the San Francisco and Marin music, art, and nonprofit communities and serves on the board of the Bill Graham Memorial Foundation.
